(Yala yala, I know its not much! We only had 4 days there!)
1) Urquhart Castle
Which is in my humble opinion........... ok I'm being too modest. You MUST FUCKIN VISIT THIS PLACE IN SCOTLAND!!!
It is daaaaaaaaaaamnn beautiful! Its a castle ruin located right near to the Lochness and it is amazingly beautiful + you get one of the best views of the famous Lochness from here.
Urquhart castle has been around for 1400 years so it is rich in history. It came to be in ruins from the numerous amount of wars & bombings (the English put barrels of gun powder to detonate the castle when they managed to conquer it).

Salutation of the wrong kind *ahem*
This place used to be the royal kitchen:
Sigh. Short people.
2) Stirling Castle
This one was so-so. Its worth the trip but we were pretty unfortunate coz it was raining & windy & cold throughout our whole time spent there. A bit of a mood dampener.
Its worth a visit though as it is really beautiful all the same :)
Stirling Castle is one of Scotland's strongest stronghold. You know what? I forgot the rest of its history. Read this instead.
At the entrance to Stirling
The 2nd entrance to Stirling Castle...which apparently is the main entrance as it used to have the thickest wooden barriers
Fire!!
View from Stirling Castle. They have their very own cemetry grounds.
This was Stirling Castle's Great Hall (which actually wasn't that big) where celebrations, ballroom dances & christening.
By 4pm when night fell, the caslte grounds were bloody freezing.
The part of the caslte ground where someone was murdered after a squabble
View from Stirling at night! Gorgeous

3) Edinburgh Castle
Edinburgh (Edin-bra) Castle is one of the largest castles in all of Scotland. Its grounds are massively huge, and a lot of restoration work has been done to this castle, so it is one of the better-conditioned ones.

Nah!
All the dogs who died for the Queen. Got a special place for them on castle grounds. How spoilt!

To be honest, I disliked Edinburgh Caslte the most. It was over-touristy so it made it difficult to sight see in peace at a leisurely pace. Annoying shitz coz that means there were loads of glucose-overdose children too. =_=
Ah! I have been spending too much time on this post. This Scotland trip seems like it took a month!
